Dan Tirman

Dan Tirman has been performing as a story teller in Los Angeles since 2001. He received a BA in Theater Arts and an MA in Education, both from Hunter College at the City University of New York.  Many of his stories involve tales of his childhood in Long Island, his formative years as an actor in New York City, the Williamstown Theater Festival in Massachusetts and the Burt Reynolds Theater in Florida, his experiences in the field of animal welfare, his life as a college instructor to immigrants learning English, as well as his many brief interludes of show business employment in Hollywood and frequent "run-ins" with some of the late and great stars of yesteryear. Dan was very pleased to be involved with both productions of DIVERSITY: Stories of Connection in an Urban Jungle!
